Intermittent pneumatic compression boots. Six programs, pressure adjustable from 30 to 260 mmHg and sessions of 10 to 90 minutes, all driven from a rechargeable unit you can take anywhere.
The Recovery Boots wrap the whole leg, from foot to upper thigh. Air chambers inflate and release in an ascending sequence; on M and L they overlap to wrap the leg through a full 360°. Any chamber can be switched off to concentrate the work on one part of the leg.

Measure your thigh at its widest point, standing with the leg relaxed. Pick the size whose thigh circumference is the next one up from yours.

One detail worth knowing before you open the box: the manufacturer prints its own references on the sleeves. An S is marked M, an M is marked XL and an L is marked XXL. The measurements above are what matter — the printed label does not change the fit.
