Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve, with no minimum spend. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 3 weeks of being placed. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our supplier. Remote destinations can take a few days longer; if that applies to your order, we tell you by email rather than letting you wait.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. A small number of destinations may be unavailable for reasons outside our control, such as carrier restrictions or export rules. If your country cannot be selected at checkout, write to us at contact@saiseirecovery.com and we will tell you where we stand.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries inside the European Union, nothing further is due on arrival. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country's rules. Where these are not already included in the price you paid, they are payable by you to the carrier or the customs authority.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Check your delivery address carefully before confirming. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new dispatch.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if tracking stops and the parcel does not arrive, tell us as soon as you notice. Keep the packaging and send us photographs — it speeds up the claim considerably. Until delivery, the risk of loss or damage is ours.
